Fine Jewelry Collections

We understand that situations arise and you may wish to return or exchange your purchase. We accept returns from our fine jewelry collections (jewelry collections stocked perennially in our web boutique) within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We will offer a FedEx or DHL shipping label for you to return your item free of charge. Authorne will apply a restocking fee of $30 on all returns.

Returns or exchanges may be issued for unworn jewelry returned in its original packaging only. All jewelry pieces will be evaluated by our team upon return before the appropriate refund or exchange is issued. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client without further action.

Bespoke Jewelry

Because bespoke jewelry was commissioned and designed specifically for you, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds. Given the collaborative nature of our design process, we are confident that you will be pleased with the creation of your bespoke piece because it was, after all, designed with your input at every phase. 

With that said, we understand that unique situations may arise. In these cases, a member of our client care team will be in touch to take the appropriate steps to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact a member of our team at hello@authorne.com to discuss specifics.

Design Consultations

Authorne offers one-on-one Design Consultations with prospective clients to begin the process of identifying your unique vision for your bespoke jewelry commission. Design consultations are offered for a standard fee, which is credited against the cost of production for your final design. 

Because the Design Consultation fee covers the time and talent contributed by artist Rachel Bu, we are not able to issue refunds after the fact if you do not wish to pursue the production of your design.

Please note: All designs, sketches, collages, and inspirational materials developed by Authorne during the Design Consultation are copyrighted and considered the intellectual property of Authorne. It would be unethical to pursue your design with another jewelry designer. We appreciate your understanding. 

Repairs & Warranty

We strive to provide the highest quality service for our clients. We take care to source the highest quality materials and our team members are meticulous in the production of your jewelry pieces. We do understand, however, that situations may arise where your jewelry purchase requires upkeep or repair. This includes resizing, securing loose stones, and other needs that arise from reasonable wear and tear. 

We encourage our clients to bring your jewelry back to Authorne as a first point of contact. We are committed to making things right! We offer a 36 month warranty on our pieces and are willing to address the majority of minor repairs and concerns in-house free of charge.

There may be exceptions to this policy, given the extent to which an item requires repair. In cases of needs above and beyond routine repairs, we will provide a quote to the client for approval before proceeding with the service. A member of our client service team will be the appropriate person to discuss these needs with you. Please email hello@authorne.com. 

Shipping & Fulfillment

We offer free global shipping on all orders exceeding $1,000. Orders for our web boutique stock are fulfilled within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of payment, a shipping confirmation, and tracking details with every purchase. Bespoke orders will be produced and fulfilled according to a previously-approved timeline discussed as part of your ongoing Design Consultations with Authorne. 

Orders are fulfilled nationally via FedEx.
