Repairs & Warranty
We strive to provide the highest quality service for our clients. We take care to source the highest quality materials and our team members are meticulous in the production of your jewelry pieces. We do understand, however, that situations may arise where your jewelry purchase requires upkeep or repair. This includes resizing, securing loose stones, and other needs that arise from reasonable wear and tear.
We encourage our clients to bring your jewelry back to Authorne as a first point of contact. We are committed to making things right! We offer a 36 month warranty on our pieces and are willing to address the majority of minor repairs and concerns in-house free of charge.
There may be exceptions to this policy, given the extent to which an item requires repair. In cases of needs above and beyond routine repairs, we will provide a quote to the client for approval before proceeding with the service.
